Yes! Pronaction.com is the best and easiest way to fulfill reservations. All you need is your voucher number, and you are ready to go!

How long does it take to make my reservation?

The whole process can be completed in a matter of minutes. 3 quick and easy steps are all that is involved to get your reservation in process!

Where can I check on the status of my reservation?

Log into your account, and select the Reservation Status tab from the MY ACCOUNT drop down menu.  You will be taken to your RESERVATION STATUS page. Here you will find information regarding you voucher code, deal information, price of your experience, when your deal expires, your schedule date, and the status of your reservation i.e. "pending".

Is it easy to sign up?

Yes! All you have to do is input your voucher code, follow the simple steps laid out for you, and BOOM you are done!

Why do we require a "Preferred Date" and "Backup Date"?

All of the activities offered through Pronaction.com have a set amount of slots, per day, that can be filled. The secondary date is to give Pronaction.com a backup reservation in the event that your first choice was not available. If your preferred date and secondary date are not available, Pronaction.com will contact you to set an appropriate date for your reservation.

What is an Addon?

An Addon is an additional service or product that is offered in conjunction with the deal.

Is there additional cost for the Addon?

Addons do require an additional fee to obtain. The price for all Addons, if available, is covered in STEP 2 of the booking process.

If I select an Addon am I obligated to pay for it immediately?

No. This simply let's our Customer Service Experts know that you are interested in learning more about this upgrade and may want to add it to your experience.
